Chapter Leader Agreement
This agreement outlines the responsibilities, authority, and limitations of an FBL Chapter Leader.
By signing, you agree to uphold Fellowship of Business Leaders standards, protect nonprofit compliance,
and steward culture, brand, and member trust.
1. Role & Authority
I understand my role is to steward FBL culture, not to operate independently of FBL leadership.
I acknowledge that chapter leadership does not grant ownership, equity, or independent authority over FBL.
I understand that FBL central leadership retains final authority over branding, governance, and public representation.
2. Nonprofit & Legal Compliance
I will not use FBL platforms, events, or communications to support or oppose political candidates, parties, or campaigns.
I will not engage in lobbying or represent FBL as endorsing political positions.
I will not misuse FBL funds, member dues, or resources for personal benefit or non-approved purposes.
I will escalate any legal, financial, or reputational concerns to central leadership immediately.
3. Brand, Culture & Member Experience
I will follow the FBL Brand Kit and Leadership Acknowledgment standards without modification.
I understand FBL is not a referral group, sales organization, or pitch forum.
I will foster meetings focused on leadership, trust, and shared insight—not transactions.
4. Data, Privacy & Communications
I will not sell, share, or misuse member contact information.
I will use only approved FBL systems for member communication and onboarding.
I will represent FBL professionally in public communications and social media.
5. Removal & Enforcement
I understand that failure to comply with this agreement may result in removal from my chapter leadership role.
I understand that leadership roles are revocable and subject to review by central leadership.
