FBL Covenant

This is the short-form covenant for application and onboarding. It keeps the important part front and center without turning the process into a mile-long form.

What FBL commits to

FBL exists to develop leaders of conviction who pursue wholeness in faith, work, and life. Facilitators commit to intentional leadership formation, honest feedback, meaningful relationships, spiritual and strategic support, and a standard that calls members upward.

What members commit to

Members commit to integrity, confidentiality, consistency, contribution, accountability, direct communication, and full engagement. FBL is not passive, and it is not a casual networking club. It is a covenant-driven leadership brotherhood.

I agree to pursue integrity, accountability, and honest self-leadership. I understand FBL expects contribution, not passive consumption. Membership Payment Selection

Acknowledge the one-time assessment fee, then choose either monthly billing or a prepaid option.

I acknowledge the required $195 one-time assessment fee for onboarding, leadership assessment tools, values and leadership-style review, alignment screening, and administrative setup.
