FBL is a leadership community built on trust, responsibility, and respect for time. This is a light but enforceable code of conduct for all members. If you’re in, you’re aligned.

FBL is built on trust. Members protect the room.

2. No Pitch Culture

FBL is not a sales floor. Relationships come first.

3. Confidentiality & Trust

What’s shared in the room stays protected.

4. Nonprofit & Public Boundaries

FBL protects its standing and its members by staying out of politics and public controversy.

5. Ethics & Conflicts

Members act with integrity and avoid exploitation.

6. Enforcement

FBL protects the room. Alignment matters.

Bottom line: FBL is a leadership standard. If it’s not aligned, it doesn’t belong in the room.
