Member Packet (All-in-One)

This is the complete membership packet in one place. Read each section, check each acknowledgment, then select your membership payment option, sign, and email the full packet to FBL.

Member standard: respect the room, no pitch culture, protect privacy, and keep politics out of FBL spaces.

1. Member Handbook

FBL exists to create practical leverage through trusted relationships between operators. You’re here to contribute, learn, and build long-term connection—not extract value from the room.

What FBL Is

  • A leadership community for operators
  • High-trust, high-respect, time-disciplined
  • Built on contribution, not extraction
  • Introductions happen strategically (not forced)
  • A place to learn and lead with integrity

What FBL Is Not

  • A referral club or leads exchange
  • A stage to pitch the room
  • A political space (no campaigning/lobbying)
  • A place for gossip or drama
  • A guarantee of outcomes
Protect the room: If you wouldn’t say it in a boardroom with your reputation on the line, don’t bring it into FBL.
Notes (optional)

2. Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct protects the culture. It is enforced to protect the room. If behavior breaks trust, it will be addressed quickly.

Expected Behavior

  • Respectful, professional communication
  • Time discipline (arrive ready, stay engaged)
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Constructive disagreement without hostility
  • Give-first mindset

Not Allowed

  • Pitching, hard-selling, or cornering members
  • Using member lists for solicitation
  • Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation
  • Gossip, rumors, reputational attacks
  • Political campaigning/endorsements inside FBL
Notes (optional)

3. Membership Terms

Membership terms exist to keep expectations clean and fair. You are responsible for your choices and outcomes. FBL is a community and platform—not a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary.

Member Responsibilities

  • Follow policies and Code of Conduct
  • Pay dues/fees as required (if applicable)
  • Respect leadership and meeting structure
  • Maintain professional behavior
  • Raise concerns through the right channel

Important Clarifications

  • No guaranteed introductions, referrals, or deals
  • Members are independent; FBL does not vouch for transactions
  • You are responsible for your own due diligence
  • FBL may remove members for violations
  • Policies may be updated; compliance required
Notes (optional)

4. Privacy & Data Use

Privacy protects trust. Member information exists to support participation and coordination—not solicitation. FBL may collect basic information needed for operations and communication.

FBL May Collect/Use

  • Contact info (for coordination)
  • Business profile info (for member directory, if applicable)
  • Attendance/engagement basics (for chapter operations)
  • Payments/transaction records (if applicable)
  • Policy acknowledgments for compliance

FBL Will Not Allow

  • Member lists being used as marketing lists
  • Unapproved sharing/selling of member data
  • Publishing member info without consent
  • Publicly exposing private disputes
  • Data use that harms member trust
Notes (optional)

5. How to Raise a Concern

If something violates standards, harms trust, or creates risk—raise it early. This isn’t a place for gossip or side conversations. Use the proper channel so issues get handled professionally.

Raise a Concern When

  • You experience harassment or intimidation
  • You see pitch/extraction behavior harming the room
  • Privacy/data misuse occurs
  • Financial impropriety is suspected
  • Political campaigning/divisive behavior appears under FBL identity

How to Raise It

  • Email member@fblconnect.com
  • Include chapter name + names involved (if relevant)
  • State facts, not assumptions
  • Attach screenshots if needed
  • Do not “investigate” or escalate publicly
Simple rule: No side chats, no gossip, no “tribunals.” Raise it directly and let leadership handle it.
Notes (optional)
