By accessing or using FBL’s website, applying for membership, or participating in any FBL programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Fellowship of Business Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a high-trust network of faith-driven business owners, operators, and executives.
Our Mission: Fellowship of Business Leaders unites owners, executives, and professionals dedicated to living out their faith and values through business. Our mission is to inspire, equip, and mobilize leaders for transformative impact.

3. Membership and Application
Application Process
- Applications are subject to review and approval by FBL leadership
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
- We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason
- Assessment fees are non-refundable once paid

Members must:

Termination of Membership
FBL reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct
- Behavior inconsistent with FBL values
- Non-payment of dues
- Inactivity or lack of engagement
- Any reason deemed appropriate by FBL leadership
Members may voluntarily resign at any time by providing written notice to member@fblconnect.com.
4. Fees and Payments
Membership Fees
- Assessment Fee: One-time fee required upon application (amount set by FBL)
- Monthly Membership Dues: Amount determined by local chapter (varies by location)
- Chapter Revenue Share: Chapter leaders remit 10% of total chapter revenue to FBL national
Payment Terms
- All fees are processed securely through Stripe
- Assessment fees are non-refundable
- Membership dues are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of membership
Refund Policy
- Assessment fees: Non-refundable

- Voluntary cancellation: No prorated refunds for partial months
5. Code of Conduct
All FBL members and website users must:
- Respect others — Treat all members, guests, and FBL staff with professionalism and respect
- Maintain confidentiality — Protect private member information and conversations shared within FBL
- Avoid pitch behavior — FBL is not a sales forum or referral exchange
- Operate with integrity — Conduct yourself honestly and ethically
- Respect nonprofit boundaries — Do not use FBL for political activity, lobbying, legislative advocacy, or partisan purposes

- Protect the brand — Do not misrepresent FBL or create unauthorized sub-brands
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from FBL.
6. Intellectual Property
FBL Ownership
All content on fblconnect.com, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, videos
- Website design, layout, code
- FBL name, logo, brand assets
- Training materials, resources, templates
are the intellectual property of Fellowship of Business Leaders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use FBL’s website and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your membership. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce FBL content without written permission
- Use FBL’s name, logo, or branding for unauthorized purposes
- Create derivative works based on FBL materials
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our website
Member Content
By submitting content to FBL (applications, forum posts, testimonials), you grant FBL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for FBL’s operations and marketing purposes.
7. Website Use and Restrictions
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

If you create an account with FBL (Circle community, member portal):
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

FBL uses third-party services including:
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Circle — Member community platform
- GitHub Pages — Website hosting
- Formspree — Form processing
These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

No Guarantees
FBL provides membership services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Specific business outcomes, referrals, or financial results
- Uninterrupted or error-free website access
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- That membership will meet your specific needs or expectations
No Professional Advice
Information provided by FBL, its leaders, or members does not constitute:
- Legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice
- Professional consulting or coaching services
- Guaranteed strategies or recommendations

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBL and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for:

- Direct damages — Exceeding the amount you paid in membership fees in the past 12 months
- Member interactions — Disputes, agreements, or transactions between members
- Third-party services — Issues arising from Stripe, Circle, or other service providers
- Content accuracy — Errors or omissions in website content or member-provided information
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FBL and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your use of FBL’s website or services
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Content you submit or actions you take as a member
12. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us at member@fblconnect.com to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Boone County, Kentucky. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

FBL may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property, brand, or confidential information.
13. Modifications to Terms
FBL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

- Significant changes — We will notify active members via email
- Your continued use — Using our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

14. Termination
FBL reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your membership or website access at any time
- Modify or discontinue any aspect of our services without notice
- Remove content or features from our website
Upon termination:
- Your access to member-only resources will be revoked immediately
- You must cease using FBL’s name, logo, or brand assets
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability) will remain in effect
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
